Ridings employees honored

Ryan Riis, a Field Service Engineer with Ford Motor Company, recognized Rick Ridings Ford Senior Master Technicians Darren Sebens and Michael Ball for their ongoing training efforts in a presentation June 19 at the Ridings dealership in Monticello. Also honored were Karl Crapse and Casey Woodrum, who achieved level 3 employee excellence awards, which are based on scores and percentage for service departments. Out of approximately 600 dealers in the Chicago and Great Lakes Region, Crapse was ranked 24th out of all service managers, and Woodrum ranked 25th.
